Making your subscriptions
1. You may subscribe to/unsubscribe from the Mailing Lists given below.
2. Initial subscriptions may be made using the selector.
3. It will be necessary to confirm your actions via a link which will be sent by email.
4. If you have a website account which uses this email address then your account will be synchronised automatically.

Managing your subscriptions
There are two ways to change your subscriptions:
1. Click on the personalised link at the foot of any of the emails you receive from the Mailing Lists.
2. If you have an account on the website, login and you will be able to see/change your subscriptions below.
