Central Council News: CRAG Group

At its Meeting on 29th May 2017, the Central Council decided to accept the recommedations of the CRAG Review Group.
More details will follow in due course but, at the time of writing, there is no update on the CRAG Website.
Neath, St Thomas
Ringing at St Thomas, Neath has restarted.
2017 Inter-Branch Striking Competitions
The 2017 Inter-Branch Striking Competitions were held at Pendoylan on Thursday 6 July. It had been a very hot and sunny day, so we were all able to enjoy the fine but much cooler evening, chatting in the churchyard as we awaited our turns to ring.
The Association Master, Matthew Turner, oversaw events and was ably assisted by Llandaff Branch Master, Yvonne John, who acted as steward. The draw took place at 7pm and was followed by a meeting of Matthew with tower representatives; then the call change competition and finally the method competition. Each team was photographed after ringing.

The Association's Management Committee is the body that oversees its running. It meet four times per year and provides the fulcrum for the Association's activities.
The Committee oversees the whole gammut of Association business, from the setting of budgets and the overseeing of financial affairs through to the offering of grant-aid and/or loans from the Bell Restoration Fund.

Monmouth Branch Newsletters

The Monmouth Branch publishes a quarterly Newsletter for its membership.
A copy of each edition of the Newsletter is sent to each Branch tower via the notified tower correspondent. Email copies are also sent to those who've asked to receive them that way.
