#  J Arthur Hoare Memorial Trophy Arrangements

 Details are as follows:

 **6 Bell Section**  
 St John the Baptist, Sully

 1:15pm – ring bells up and judges’ test ring  
 1:30pm – Draw for places (6 and 8 bell teams)  
 1:35pm – team 1  
 1:50pm – team 2  
 2:05pm – team 3  
 2:20pm – team 4  
 2:35pm- ring down and leave for Penarth

 **8 Bell section**  
 St Augustine, Penarth  
 *Tea and coffee will be available in the church during the ringing.*

 3:00 – ring up and judges’ test ring  
 3:20 – Team 1  
 3:40 – Team 2  
 4:00 – Team 3  
 4:20 – Team 4 and ring down  
 4:45 – Service in St Augustine’s church taken by Canon Roger Williams

 5:30pm – St Augustine’s Parish Hall - tea and results and a short meeting to discuss arrangements for the 2014 competition.

 **Evening Ringing at Llandaff 7:00pm - 8:00 pm- all welcome.**
