 **The Three Salmons Hotel, Usk**

 on

 **Saturday 12th October 2013**

 7:30pm for 8:00pm

 Cost is £28 per person

 A vegetarian option is available.

 Lounge suits is the preferred dress code for Gentlemen.

 There are reduced room rates available for those wishing to stay overnight.  
 Double Room £95, Single Room £75 (including Breakfast).  
 A deposit of £50 is required with the booking.
