2. Email address cloaking code updated - minor bug fix.

1. Core software updated; 20+ bug-fixes and a few low-risk potential security issues patched.
2. Code that allows articles to be posted anywhere on the site updated
3. Mailing List software updated; mainly squishing bugs, etc.

Website statistics engine software updated; error handling de-bugged.
